SHOW vs. SHARE
Share your schedule by adding members to groups.
COOSHA is the only platform that has an option to see what friends, family and colleagues are doing by visiting their profiles – WITHOUT having their entire schedules saved in your calendar.
You can choose to keep schedules separate by creating Personal Calendars and categories. For example, create a Social Calendar with categories such as Dinners, Birthdays and Family Gatherings. Share Family Gatherings with your entire family, but then share Dinners with Friends and your spouse. Your network can view what’s been shared with them by tapping on your profile. Use Personal Calendars if you don’t want to sync specific types of events with other members – these types of events are saved in your calendar only. Members can simply tap on your profile to view what you shared with them.

So how does SHOWING your schedule work?
With Personal Calendars, you get to categorize events, however adding members to a category will allow them to see these types of events when viewing your calendar. Share specific categories within a calendar with other members, instead of the entire calendar. If you have a Kids Calendar, for example, you can share a Sports category with Grandma and Grandpa. You can then share that category as well as Doctor & Dentist, School, and Day Care with another parent and/or care giver. Make COOSHA Calendar your own. You get to choose who sees what when they view your calendar.

What if I want specific events to be in someone else’s calendar?
You still have the option to combine schedules using group calendar. For example, you might want a shared group calendar between you and your friends, a “Meetings” calendars for work or a shared calendar for you and your family. Only use Personal Calendars and Categories to show what you’re doing and when without having to invade their schedules with events that are only relative to you.
